Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Support Consultant to deliver ongoing system maintenance and support for end users working with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) in an SAP S/4HANA environment. You will resolve incidents and functional issues, ensure stable and correct SAP SD process execution, and support maintenance and development work, including activities related to SAP S/4HANA migration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to end users using the SAP SD module in SAP S/4HANA
• Resolve incidents, system errors, and functional issues in SAP SD
• Support and maintain SAP SD functionalities for sales, order processing, delivery, shipping, and billing
• Work with end users to identify issues and deliver effective solutions
• Collaborate with SAP administrators and functional teams to ensure system stability and business continuity
• Participate in SAP maintenance and development projects, including SAP S/4HANA migration-related activities
• Monitor SAP updates/notes and help implement relevant corrections
• Monitor interfaces and third-party solutions integrated with SAP in the assigned scope
• Ensure correct operation of SAP SD processes and integration with other modules, especially SAP MM and SAP FI

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as an SAP Administrator or SAP Support Consultant (preferably in a production environment)
• 3+ years experience supporting the SAP SD module
• 1+ year experience working with SAP S/4HANA in a module administration or support role
• Proven experience in SAP SD maintenance and ongoing user support
• Experience supporting end users in an SAP S/4HANA environment
• Knowledge of SAP SD business processes, system functionality, and cross-module dependencies
• Experience participating in an SAP S/4HANA migration project (strong advantage)
• Higher education degree in IT or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, independence, and good work organization
