Description

Join as an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud Team Lead to drive technical discussions and lead the development of an MVP for a cloud-based solution. You will provide technical solutions based on project designs, mentor the team, and coordinate with other development streams to deliver high-quality code on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions for the implementation of project designs

• Lead and guide the development team with technical leadership

• Drive technical discussions with internal and client-facing stakeholders

• Collaborate with other development streams and build engineers for seamless delivery

• Identify improvements across processes, code, and team performance

• Coach, mentor, and monitor team members’ knowledge growth

• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining code quality and reusability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris), including workflows, tasks, jobs, process engine, payments, checkout, order fulfillment, search & navigation, and storefront

• Expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud Integrations

• Proficiency in J2EE, Java 8, and Spring Framework

• Knowledge of NoSQL

• Familiarity with code standards, code review, and unit testing best practices

• Background in release strategy, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD)

• Experience with Scrum methodology

• Strong client-facing communication skills

• Ability to lead effective group discussions

• Professional business correspondence skills
