Description

You will lead the design, development, and scaling of core backend services and APIs, with a primary emphasis on robust, high-performance Ruby on Rails engineering. As the platform evolves toward distributed microservices, you will interface with multi-language services, where hands-on or working familiarity with Java and Go (Golang) is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale core business services and backend APIs

• Build high-performance backend systems in Ruby on Rails

• Collaborate with teams working on distributed microservices and multi-language services

• Contribute to multi-language integration using Java and Go (Golang) as needed

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience

• Strong Ruby on Rails backend development experience for core services and APIs

• Microservices architecture and distributed systems experience

• Hands-on or familiarity with Java and Go (Golang)
