Description

You will build and maintain reliable backend systems in a production environment. The work focuses on performance, reliability, fast troubleshooting, and designing distributed systems. You’ll also design and consume REST or RPC APIs while collaborating in Agile cross-functional teams with Git-based workflows.

• Develop and maintain backend services in Go

• Ensure reliability and optimize performance in production

• Diagnose and debug issues quickly

• Design and maintain distributed systems

Requirements

• Documented experience as a Senior Backend Engineer in a production environment

• Solid experience building backend systems in Go

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)

• Understanding of system reliability, performance optimization, and debugging

• Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems

• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST or RPC)

• Agile and cross-functional collaboration experience

• Clear, thoughtful communication in English (written and spoken)
