Description

Lead the design and architecture of scalable enterprise platforms for high-throughput, mission-critical environments. Build and maintain real-time streaming and time-series data platforms, and develop microservices using modern Java frameworks. Apply security and resilience engineering best practices across backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable enterprise platforms using distributed systems and cloud-native architectures

• Build and maintain high-performance, high-throughput real-time streaming and time-series data platforms

• Develop microservices and data streaming solutions with modern Java frameworks

• Apply resilience engineering and security best practices across backend systems

• Translate business requirements into global technical solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to deliver integrated solutions

• Use AI-assisted tools to improve software development efficiency

• Implement CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns within enterprise architecture

• Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and modern software development standards

• Adapt architecture and engineering approaches to complex business and regulatory domains

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development

• Expertise in ORM frameworks including JPA and iBatis

• Knowledge of security protocols such as Azure AD and OAuth

• Proficiency in Kafka, CosmosDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis

• Familiarity with REST, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Skills with build tools such as Maven and Gradle

• Background in microservices and data streaming architectures

• Understanding of CS fundamentals and modern software development practices, including SDLC

• Demonstrated ability with AI-assisted software development

• Strong communication skills to translate business needs and collaborate with technology teams

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
