Description

Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and net-new logos. Partner with account teams to research lines of business, personas, and key decision makers, and manage/nurture inbound leads and early-stage opportunities. Complete an intensive sales training program to build foundational skills for a long-term sales career.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business pipeline via outbound prospecting and cold calling in an assigned territory

• Research lines of business, personas, and key decision makers to source pipeline

• Manage and nurture inbound leads and early-stage opportunities

• Participate in intensive sales training for foundational sales skills

Requirements

• Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and account research across new and existing accounts

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage decision makers at multiple levels

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities

• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals and metrics
