Description

You will run quality outbound outreach to schedule presentation appointments for senior consultants. The role focuses on phone calling and email follow-up, while keeping your CRM up to date. Success is measured by the number of qualified meetings booked each week.

Responsibilities

• Call prospects using a prepared outbound contact list in Pipedrive (30–50 calls/day)
• Schedule presentation appointments for senior consultants
• Target 8–10 qualified meetings per week
• Maintain ongoing contact via email
• Update Pipedrive CRM so marketing and sales stay informed

Requirements

• Experience in sales or telemarketing (customer support experience is a plus)
• Resilience when prospects hang up or reject the offer
• Strong Czech/Slovak speaking and writing skills
• Result-driven mindset and ability to generate consistent outreach

• Base pay: 30,000–40,000 CZK (contractor or employment)
• Activity bonus based on the number of presentations booked
• Deal commission: 20% of the first monthly fee for each closed deal you help drive
