Description

Lead ambiguous, high-impact real estate strategic initiatives within REWS and across the company, including emerging AI and innovation programs that shape the future of the physical workplace. Own end-to-end execution by managing multiple workstreams, optimizing processes, and aligning globally resourced stakeholders. Collaborate with REWS and cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive solutions, supported by data-driven analysis, communication, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects that are ambiguous while achieving stated strategic objectives
• Partner with REWS and cross-functional stakeholders to obtain approvals and influence decisions, including senior executive sponsors
• Use project management tools to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence, including vendor and partner cost management for capital-intensive projects
• Build relationships across REWS and partner teams to implement process improvements and initiatives
• Execute strategic scenario planning and analysis to guide critical decisions
• Develop and present executive-level presentations with cross-functional alignment
• Create and execute comprehensive communication plans for timely stakeholder updates
• Support change management strategies to maximize employee adoption of required changes
• Address issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions throughout the project
• Lead initiatives at the intersection of AI, innovation, and workplace strategy, translating business needs into actionable plans

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in end-to-end Real Estate project management
• Experience in strategic/innovation program management (consulting experience is a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver execution in ambiguous environments
• Proven experience implementing process improvements that automate and scale real estate operations
• Experience leveraging data sources to create dashboard reporting for financial and operational performance vs. budget and benchmarks
• Experience leading internal approval processes and managing approval timelines
• Comfort with project management software and AI-enabled collaboration tools
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills with strong business judgment
