Description

Senior Solution Architect responsible for designing and evolving an enterprise AI platform that supports process automation, intelligent user service, and integrations with key organizational systems. You will translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions, define architectural standards and patterns, and create/maintain architectural documentation. The role also includes cloud architecture, security, monitoring, and reliability decisions, plus technical support within governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end solution architecture for strategic technology initiatives

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions

• Create and maintain architecture documentation

• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and development direction

• Collaborate with engineering, AI, delivery, and business teams

• Design integrations with corporate systems, automation platforms, and IT service management tools

• Support architecture decisions for cloud, security, monitoring, and platform reliability

• Participate in governance processes and provide technical support to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Multi-year experience as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Technical Architect

• Experience designing enterprise-class solutions and platforms

• Very good knowledge of application, integration, data, and infrastructure architecture

• Practical experience with modern AI solutions: Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, AI Governance

• Experience designing API-based architectures and event-driven solutions

• Very good knowledge of cloud environments and modern engineering practices

• Ability to effectively bridge business and technology perspectives

• Comfortable communicating with both technical teams and management

• Works well in a dynamic, uncertain environment

• Initiative, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder relationship-building
