Description

Provide comprehensive preventive care, including annual exams, immunizations, and routine screenings, with early identification of risk factors. Educate patients on lifestyle modification and long-term health maintenance, coordinating follow-up care and referrals as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited program
• Eligible for or holds a NY state medical license
• Current DEA license
• Board certified or board eligible
• CPR certification required upon hire
