Description

Provide comprehensive preventive care, including annual exams, immunizations, routine screenings, and early identification of risk factors. Educate patients on lifestyle modification and long-term health maintenance, coordinating follow-up care and referrals as needed.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited program

• Eligible for or holds a NY state medical license

• Current DEA license

• Board Certified or board-eligible

• CPR required upon hire
