Description

Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for patients across the lifespan in an outpatient Family Medicine practice. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday with no call, nights, or weekends, and you will see approximately 15–18 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide diagnosis and treatment

• Manage ongoing care with follow-up visits across the lifespan

• Coordinate treatment plans within a multi-specialty clinic environment
