• Role: Family Medicine physician (FQHC)

• Setting: Outpatient primary care across the lifespan

• Sites: Muskogee, Tahlequah, or Hulbert (choose preferred location)

• Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday; no call, nights, or weekends

• Patient volume: 15–18 patients per day

• Practice: Multi-specialty group (Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Behavioral Health, ENT, Pharmacy)

Description

You will provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for patients across the lifespan in an outpatient clinic. The role runs Monday through Friday during clinic hours with no call, nights, or weekends, and all sites are FQHCs and National Loan Repayment Sites. Average caseload is 15–18 patients per day.
