• Outpatient primary care physician position at FQHC clinic sites in Northeast Oklahoma (Muskogee, Tahlequah, or Hulbert)
• No call, nights, or weekends
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (1-hour lunch break)
• Typical volume: 15–18 patients per day

Description

You will provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for patients across the lifespan in an outpatient primary care setting. The role is focused on FQHC sites only with no travel between locations and no call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and provide follow-up care across the lifespan
• Manage an outpatient panel averaging 15–18 patients per day

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board certification or board eligibility in primary care/family medicine
• Ability to provide primary care across the lifespan in an outpatient setting
• Must be eligible for federal student loan repayment as an FQHC/National Loan Repayment Site clinician
