• Outpatient primary care Family Medicine role at FQHC clinic sites in Northeast Oklahoma (Muskogee, Tahlequah, Hulbert)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 with 1-hour lunch break
• 15–18 patients per day
• No call, nights, or weekends
• No travel between sites
• Multi-specialty practice with strong support staff

Description

Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for patients across the lifespan in an outpatient setting.

Work with a multi-specialty team that also includes Pediatrics, Obstetrical and Gynecological, Behavioral Health, ENT, and Pharmacy services.

All clinic sites are FQHCs and are eligible for federal student loan repayment.
