Outpatient Primary Care Physician position at FQHCs in Northeast Oklahoma (Muskogee, Tahlequah, Hulbert). Clinic hours are 8–5 Monday through Friday with an hour lunch break. No call, nights, or weekends; 15–18 patients per day.

Description

Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for patients across the lifespan in an outpatient primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan
• Provide follow-up care and ongoing management
• Deliver outpatient primary care within FQHC clinic operations

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Ability to practice primary care across the lifespan
• Commitment to outpatient schedule (8–5, Monday–Friday)
• Willingness to work at an FQHC location in Northeast Oklahoma
