Description

Provide pulmonary care as a Nurse Practitioner within a larger Critical Care and Pulmonary Disease network. Assess patients through interviews, health history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests; interpret results and develop treatment plans within approved protocols. Participate in group meetings and events and support care across the health-illness continuum.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and psychosocial status of patients using interview, health history, physical exam, and diagnostic tests

• Interpret data and develop and implement treatment plans

• Provide ongoing patient care across the health-illness continuum and life span within approved protocols

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the State of South Carolina

• NP certification recognized by South Carolina credentialing organization

• CPR and BLS certification
