Description

Provide daily clinical duties including examining, diagnosing, and treating patients; collecting and maintaining accurate patient information; and documenting history, review of systems, medications, allergies, and assessment/plans.

Order or execute tests, analyses, and diagnostic imaging, interpret results, and administer or prescribe treatments. Vaccinate patients, advise on prevention (diet, hygiene), and consult and refer to specialists within the network when needed.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Successful completion of an approved residency training program

• Active license

• Current New York State Medical Practitioner License

• Current DEA and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration for prescription writing

• Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
