Description

You will support colleagues in stores, offices, and logistics with IT-related requests and learn to solve technical challenges with your team. The role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software so technical systems run reliably. You’ll also gain insights into modern, digital, and cloud-based IT solutions and support IT projects introducing new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams at stores, offices, and logistics locations with IT requests
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Learn about modern IT solutions, digital applications, and cloud-based systems
• Participate in IT projects and support introduction of new technologies

Requirements

• Passion for IT, digital technologies, and technical relationships
• At least a good Realschulabschluss
• First knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Very good German and good English skills
• Team-oriented mindset; ability to advise and support colleagues and explain technical topics clearly
• Curious, self-motivated, continuous learning mindset; open to new challenges
• Structured, solution-oriented working style
