Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software solutions while exploring new AI-driven technologies and approaches. The project is in planning and will move into implementation, including work on a data update tool integrated with the existing ticketing system. You will build prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), collaborate to identify requirements, and ensure code quality and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions

• Take ownership of technical tasks from concept to delivery

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise

• Ability to work independently, rapidly prototype ideas, and solve ambiguous problems

• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and LLM API integrations

• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD)

• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, experimental mindset

• Fluent spoken and written English
