Description

You will supervise release-related delivery activities for new integrations and connected applications, ensuring teams follow established delivery standards across the project lifecycle (project management and ITIL processes). You will coordinate release planning and deployment oversight across project, development, testing, operations, and business teams, while proactively managing stakeholders and resolving issues. You will identify release risks, create rollback plans, and monitor release-process KPIs with status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery activities for building new integrations and connected applications
• Ensure teams follow delivery standards (project lifecycle standards, including ITIL processes)
• Maintain active communication with stakeholders and the delivery team to ensure alignment and proactive problem resolution
• Coordinate release activities across project, development, testing, operations, and business teams (task planning, resource coordination, deployment oversight)
• Identify and manage release risks; create rollback plans and recommend mitigations
• Monitor release-process KPIs and report delivery and release status to stakeholders

Requirements

• Hands-on, practical experience with business applications (delivery, rollout, maintenance)
• Proven experience in software delivery as a Delivery Manager or Release Manager (or Operations Manager in an IT environment)
• Good knowledge of the project lifecycle and project management practices
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes (change, release, incident management)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including on the client side
• Assertiveness and confidence to challenge decisions, set boundaries, and escalate issues
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with ability to drive work forward
• Fluent English
