Description

Work on a financial services project in a highly regulated environment. Collaborate with the Project Manager to coordinate project activities, independently drive selected workstreams, facilitate collaboration across stakeholders, and help ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and delivery of project activities

• Own assigned tasks and workstreams, ensuring timely execution and follow-up

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive decisions and alignment

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose solutions

• Coordinate communication across project stakeholders and maintain engagement across teams

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination/support or project management roles

• Background in financial services or another highly regulated industry

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions

• Proactive, self-driven, resilient mindset with strong organizational skills
