Description

Build and maintain Snowflake-based data engineering solutions. Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for extracting, processing, and transforming data, design SQL queries and Snowflake structures, and ensure data quality. Optimize performance and Snowflake costs, monitor processing workflows, and resolve issues together with the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Snowflake-based data engineering solutions
• Create and improve ETL/ELT processes for data extraction, processing, and transformation
• Design and implement SQL queries, views, and data structures in Snowflake
• Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure proper data quality
• Monitor correctness of data processing pipelines and troubleshoot issues
• Optimize queries and processes for performance and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with the team on project tasks
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain solution quality
• Participate in code reviews and follow programming best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with Snowflake on a similar position
• Practical Snowflake knowledge (data, tables, views, and database structures)
• Strong SQL skills and ability to create and optimize queries
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT data processing pipelines
• Knowledge of data integration and transformation
• Ability to work with large datasets and resolve performance issues
• Basic knowledge of Snowflake cost optimization and resource usage
• Experience with Git
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems
• English level at least C1
