Description

As a Network SME, you will analyze the existing network landscape and lead the technical separation of data and management traffic. The work includes mapping NICs, VLANs, and traffic flows, defining the target architecture and migration strategy, and supporting migration with post-migration validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze NICs, IP addresses, VLANs, network zones, and existing traffic flows

• Validate data and management traffic together with application and infrastructure teams

• Identify backup, replication, and other workloads using management network paths

• Define the target network architecture, connectivity models, and migration strategies

• Assess NIC port availability, network capacity, and infrastructure constraints

• Support migration activities, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and perform post-migration validation

• Ensure network stability, performance, and compliance throughout the migration

Requirements

• Strong experience with enterprise networking environments

• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, network segmentation, and IP networking

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure, data center, or network migration projects

• Ability to analyze complex network topologies and traffic dependencies

• Experience collaborating with application, infrastructure, and operations teams

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in cross-functional environments

• Native Polish and fluent English
