Description

Join as a Project Management Intern to learn how software projects are run end-to-end. You’ll work with the Product Owner to support delivery of an internal product alongside developers, QA, and DevOps. The role is learning-focused and prioritizes curiosity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner in day-to-day project coordination

• Take meeting notes, capture action items, and follow up on them

• Help keep the Jira board tidy by creating and updating tickets under guidance

• Track blockers and dependencies and flag them to the Product Owner

• Help maintain project documentation (wiki, knowledge base)

• Assist with UAT sessions and provide simple status updates

Requirements

• Interest in project management and software delivery

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills in Polish and English (min. B2)

• Proactive, reliable, and eager-to-learn

• Studies (or recent graduate) in a related field, or strong motivation to move into project management
