Description

You will support a technical project by taking ownership of technical and project documentation, coordinating documentation activities with stakeholders, and improving the quality and consistency of documentation. You will also support project planning, progress tracking, and reporting using the project WBS, while identifying opportunities to automate and streamline documentation processes with AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain technical and project documentation (structured, accurate, up to date)

• Coordinate documentation activities with technical teams and other stakeholders

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation to streamline documentation processes

• Support project planning, progress tracking, and reporting based on the project WBS

• Improve the quality and consistency of project documentation

Requirements

• Experience working with technical or project documentation

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components and their differences

• Experience with or strong interest in AI-driven automation

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities
