Description

You will lead end-to-end Application Management and Application Development services for the Supply Chain planning tower within Supply Chain, Transportation & Warehousing. In a senior local leadership role, you will own operational performance, governance, SLA/KPI delivery, and risk mitigation while building strong relationships with executive/VP stakeholders and collaborating with global/offshore delivery teams. You will also drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and supply-chain application roadmaps and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AM and AD services for the service line supporting planning, logistics, and warehousing.

• Ensure service quality, achievement of SLA/KPI targets, cost accountability, operational governance, and risk mitigation.

• Serve as the primary escalation point and build partner relationships with executive/VP stakeholders.

• Provide strategic oversight of a complex application landscape supporting global supply-chain operations.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, optimize costs, and support business growth.

• Support strategic planning, define system roadmaps, and oversee transformation initiatives.

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to Delivery Leaders, Service Delivery Managers, and distributed technical teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience managing IT service delivery (managed services, outsourcing, enterprise IT), with a focus on supply-chain technologies.

• Mandatory professional experience in FMCG / Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).

• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.

• Proven success leading complex, multi-tower service delivery in global matrix organizations.

• Strong leadership skills and excellent executive-level stakeholder management (executive presence).

• Fluent English (C1+) in speaking and writing.
