Description

Scrum mastery and team coaching for product teams in a product-centric Agile environment. You will facilitate all Scrum events, coach teams and Product Owners, and support backlog quality and readiness for the next two sprints. The role also focuses on improving delivery and flow metrics using Jira data analysis and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Scrum mastering and Team Coaching for two parallel product teams (Segmentation Apollo and Segmentation SkyLab).
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and product-centric ways of working.
• Support Product Owners in maintaining backlog quality and keeping backlog ready for at least 2 sprints ahead.
• Monitor and improve team metrics: Sprint Predictability, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Deployment Frequency, and Backlog Health.
• Identify and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies between teams.
• Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives and increase Agile maturity of the teams.
• Work with Jira and analyze data/metrics to improve product delivery.
• Support collaboration between product teams and business stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to increase team and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Scrum Master, Team Coach, or Agile Coach.
• Mandatory PSM I certification (PSM II/PSM III/PSPO/SAFe are a plus).
• Very good knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and product environments.
• Experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience coaching teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Jira and working with Agile metrics.
• Ability to analyze and improve team efficiency using KPIs and flow metrics.
• Experience managing impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience working with multiple teams at the same time.
• Very good communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Very good command of English.
