Description

Senior Business Analyst to analyze business and system processes and IT systems. Responsibilities include identifying business requirements, evaluating data quality, and creating analytical documentation, as well as supporting process optimization and change implementation. The role is delivered in an Agile environment with attention to AML process specifics.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in business analysis, analytical documentation, and designing/implementing changes in business processes and IT systems
• Knowledge of business and systems analysis methods and techniques
• Ability to analyze data quality and assess its impact on business processes
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Ability to independently organize work, set priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
• Analytical thinking, fast learning, and ability to comprehensively understand business processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
• English proficiency at C1 for smooth business communication in an international environment
