Description

You will build end-to-end data pipelines and detection logic for capital-markets anti-money laundering (AML) scenarios in a greenfield architecture with real ownership of what you deliver. The role includes implementing detection logic, rule frameworks, and scoring components, while maintaining high engineering quality across code, pipelines, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines for AML detection scenarios

• Implement detection logic, rule frameworks, and scoring components for financial-crime use cases

• Ensure high-quality engineering across code, data pipelines, and operational processes

• Contribute to a greenfield architecture with strong ownership, innovation, and delivery excellence

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and Scala or Java

• Advanced experience with Apache Spark (PySpark) and SQL for large-scale distributed data processing

• Hands-on experience with distributed compute platforms and on-premise cluster environments

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo or Jenkins, and Bitbucket

• Experience working in Agile teams; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent Polish and English
