Description

As a Senior Developer, you’ll join an international Salesforce delivery program focused on delivering and evolving Salesforce-based solutions. The work centers on scalable enterprise development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Sales Cloud, and CRM Analytics, with collaboration across architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. You’ll support an application that helps broker advisors provide proactive support and improve productivity while staying aligned with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Sales Cloud, and CRM Analytics.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support requirements engineering.
• Contribute to solution architecture, application design, and key technical decisions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with business teams, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
• Participate in technical workshops, solution estimations, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Perform code reviews and promote Salesforce development standards and best practices.
• Support application operations: changes, releases, incident management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, JavaScript, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience in a Salesforce Technical Consultant, Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Solution Designer capacity.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, enterprise application design, data models, reporting, and user interfaces.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, and Visual Studio Code.
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• German at C1 level and English at B2 level; Salesforce architecture certifications are a strong advantage.
