Description

You will independently manage the organization’s IT environment and business systems, while actively improving operational efficiency through automation and practical AI use. The role combines IT support and administration (Microsoft 365, CRM/ATS, user access/licensing) with building low-code/no-code automations, integrations, document/report processing, and simple AI workflows. This newly created position offers substantial autonomy and the opportunity to design solutions from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations and provide user support

• Configure and administer computer hardware, user accounts, and access; handle IT onboarding/offboarding

• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage tool licenses, subscriptions, and costs

• Maintain access security, updates, and core cybersecurity standards

• Administer business systems (CRM/ATS and Microsoft 365)

• Support and optimize CRM/ATS data quality, user permissions, and configuration

• Administer Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, Forms)

• Manage and optimize tools such as LinkedIn, Adobe, Lusha, and similar platforms

• Automate and integrate operational processes

• Identify repetitive manual tasks for simplification/automation

• Design and implement automations using low-code/no-code tools and available APIs

• Integrate systems and improve data flow between them

• Automate document workflows, reporting, and administrative processes

• Improve automated candidate data processing and ingestion into Bullhorn

• Test, document, and maintain deployed solutions

• Use AI to improve operational effectiveness

• Find practical AI use cases across recruiting, sales, and administration

• Implement AI tools supporting everyday team work

• Create simple AI workflows and agents for selected tasks

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate outcomes

• Train employees on new solutions and best practices

• Handle data and reporting

• Automate operational and management report preparation

• Improve consistency and quality of data in systems

• Build basic dashboards and reporting views

• Help teams use data effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Business Systems, IT Administration, Automation, or a similar role

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration

• Experience managing users, devices, licenses, and access

• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Make, n8n, Zapier)

• Ability to analyze processes and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flow

• Practical interest in AI and ability to use tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot

• Independence, good organization, and ownership of assigned areas

• Communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical people

• English knowledge enabling work with documentation and technology vendors
