Description

You will help shape a secure, efficient, and user-centric digital workplace for employees across multiple international locations. In this role you combine operational ownership with continuous improvement, driving automation and adoption of modern workplace and endpoint-management technologies. You will troubleshoot issues, manage integrations, and contribute to evolving workplace services.

Responsibilities

• Service ownership & development: configure and maintain assigned IT services; manage access; monitor; resolve incidents; coordinate vendors; ensure service availability and reliability

• Endpoint management: administer Microsoft Intune for Windows and macOS (enrolment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, patching, and device lifecycle)

• Automation & troubleshooting: develop and maintain Bash/PowerShell automation scripts; troubleshoot endpoint issues; keep endpoints secure and standardized

• Digital workplace development: identify improvement opportunities, implement automation solutions, and support adoption of workplace platforms (Intune, Nexthink, Action1, Fresh Service, and others)

• Documentation: document service integrations and contribute to the internal knowledge base

• Team collaboration: work with international teams, IT functions, users, stakeholders, and external providers to resolve issues and deliver high-quality service aligned with business needs

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, plus 5+ years of relevant IT experience

• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills across device, identity, application, and connectivity layers

• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, ITIL processes, and Change Management

• Working knowledge of scripting/automation and API integrations (Bash, PowerShell); highly desirable: hands-on experience administering macOS/MacBook devices

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
