Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize a ServiceNow platform within an ICT Service Management environment. You will administer and secure the platform, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support users and enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform

• Manage platform security, upgrades, incidents, and availability

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Support ServiceNow enhancement projects and bug fixing

• Contribute to risk management, disaster recovery, and service continuity

• Deliver training and user support, and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• EU citizenship

• Hands-on ServiceNow administration experience, including security and upgrades

• Good knowledge of ITSM processes, especially incident and change management

• Practical experience with MariaDB

• Business analysis skills

• ServiceNow certification(s)

• Bachelor's degree

• English at C1 level and fluent Polish
