Description

Lead end-to-end cross-functional transformation programs from initiative start through delivery of business outcomes. Build and continuously manage the business case (costs, CAPEX/OPEX, expected benefits, ROI) and monitor benefits realization to spot deviations. Manage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks and milestones while coordinating business, IT, finance and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Run large end-to-end transformation programs from launch to achieving targeted business effects
• Develop and manage the program business case, including costs (CAPEX/OPEX), benefits and ROI
• Track business benefits delivery and identify deviations from assumptions
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks and key milestones
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and collaboration across business, IT, finance and external partners
• Prepare executive management materials, recommendations and decisions (priorities, risks, trade-offs, GO/NO GO)
• Ensure program governance transparency and escalate issues requiring board/sponsor decisions

Requirements

• Experience leading large transformation, strategic, or technology-business programs
• Proven end-to-end experience managing programs across multiple teams and organizational areas
• Very strong understanding of business case, P&L, CAPEX/OPEX, ROI and benefits realization
• Experience managing significant budgets, schedules, risks and interdependencies across initiatives
• Ability to work with C-level/board, preparing executive-level materials and supporting decision-making
• Strong ownership and delivery mindset focused on achieving results and benefits
• Ability to work in a complex environment with incomplete data, shifting priorities and many stakeholders
