Description

You will develop, maintain, and optimize IT systems that support core organizational processes. You will own the lifecycle of business applications, plan and execute projects for implementation, development, and integration, and ensure data consistency across systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders as an application and process partner.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and design solutions supporting organizational processes

• Identify, map, and optimize business processes

• Manage the lifecycle of business systems and applications

• Plan and deliver IT projects related to rollout, development, and integration

• Prepare budgets, estimates, and control initiative costs

• Coordinate collaboration between business, IT teams, and external vendors

• Manage maintenance, development, and modifications of existing solutions

• Oversee integrations between systems and ensure data consistency

• Support digital transformation and application landscape improvement

• Prepare documentation, analyses, and recommendations for business stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing business systems, business applications, or IT projects

• Experience working with business teams to collect and analyze requirements

• Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems

• Strong relational database and SQL knowledge (MS SQL Server, T-SQL or similar)

• Experience with system and data integration

• Knowledge of integration topics: REST API, ETL, SSIS, CDC (or similar integration solutions)

• Ability to run projects and work with budgets

• Experience managing vendors and stakeholders

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Very good English
