Description

Support existing enterprise customers and international projects by managing the commercial process for IT hardware procurement, Microsoft licensing, and day-to-day billing operations. You will prepare quotations, source and negotiate with distributors, administer Microsoft 365/CSP subscriptions, and coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns. The role is not cold-calling or new-business acquisition—it focuses on customer support, partner programs, and maintaining control over licensing and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of IT hardware, components, and software licenses for accounts and projects

• Request, compare, and negotiate quotations from distributors and vendors

• Translate customer requirements into appropriate hardware and licensing solutions

• Prepare customer quotations, calculate margins, and process sales and purchase orders

• Coordinate deliveries, lead times, returns, warranty requests, and order discrepancies

• Manage Microsoft 365 licenses and subscriptions (orders, quantity changes, renewals, cancellations)

• Maintain accurate licensing records, commitment periods, subscription quantities, and renewal dates

• Support Microsoft CSP activities using distributor portals and Microsoft Partner Center

• Monitor Partner Program requirements, benefits, and renewal deadlines

• Coordinate customer invoicing and reconcile supplier charges, licensing data, and customer billing with Finance

• Identify upcoming renewals, licensing optimization opportunities, and additional customer needs

• Maintain accurate ERP/CRM data and help improve purchasing, quotation, and billing processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in IT procurement, software licensing, inside sales, sales operations, or similar commercial roles in an IT company, reseller, or distributor

• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft licensing, particularly Microsoft 365 and subscription-based licensing models

• Experience coordinating customer invoicing and ensuring accuracy of billing data, orders, and supplier charges

• English at minimum B2 level
