Description

You will administer and develop an IT infrastructure spanning networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN), Microsoft 365 identity and security services, and server/virtualization platforms. The role also includes backup management and disaster recovery, 2nd/3rd-line user support, and end-to-end delivery of new IT solutions from requirements analysis to production launch. You will additionally support low-voltage systems (such as CCTV and access control) and maintain technical documentation while contributing to IT security and continuity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop LAN/WAN/WLAN network infrastructure

• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID environments

• Administer Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Purview security services

• Maintain and develop server and virtualization environments (VMware vSphere, Proxmox)

• Manage backups and Disaster Recovery processes

• Provide 2nd/3rd-line support to users

• Lead implementations of new IT solutions (from needs analysis to production deployment)

• Administer Microsoft SQL Server

• Develop and maintain low-voltage systems such as CCTV, access control, and RCP

• Collaborate on maintaining IT security and service continuity

• Create technical documentation and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

• Experience in system administration, network administration, or IT support

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID

• Practical knowledge of computer networks, firewalls, and VPN

• Experience with server administration, virtualization, and backups

• Ability to independently manage IT projects and implementations

• Confident English communication

• Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate
