Description

Lead the development, customization, and support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions for the US market. You will handle integrations, resolve issues, document workflows and technical designs, and continuously improve delivery processes. The role operates in an AI-native delivery model, leveraging AI tools and AI-enabled SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SFMC solutions aligned with client requirements

• Support integrations between SFMC and existing enterprise platforms to ensure reliable data flows

• Participate in team and client meetings to align on progress and technical needs

• Troubleshoot and resolve development issues for stable platform performance

• Create technical documentation for workflows, technical designs, and integration points

• Manage assigned development tasks independently and proactively escalate risks/blockers

• Collaborate with BA, Developers, UX, QA, and external vendor teams across the delivery lifecycle

• Contribute to adoption of AI tools and AI-enabled development practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience developing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience

• Foundational knowledge of SFMC architecture and basic enterprise integration techniques

• Understanding of compliance and data sensitivity relevant to MedTech or other regulated industries

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and tight delivery schedules

• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams and with external vendors; ability to handle multiple assignments independently

• Detail-oriented troubleshooting, debugging, and code-quality maintenance

• Ability to communicate technical topics effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Willingness to learn from senior team members and contribute to technical discussions and documentation

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

• Availability for partial overlap with US business hours when required
