Description

You will join an expert SWAT Team to identify, analyze, and resolve complex business and technical issues within a large enterprise transformation program. The role combines deep Java and frontend knowledge with the ability to independently lead technical topics, collaborate across many teams, and improve software delivery processes. Responsibilities cover web application development, system integrations, and modernization, supported by Azure and AI-based approaches across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SWAT Team to identify, analyze, and resolve critical technical and business problems

• Proactively detect risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities

• Coordinate with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery

• Act as a technical expert for Java Full Stack, sharing knowledge and experience with teams

• Participate in architectural discussions, system integrations, and modernization initiatives

• Support software engineering best practices, DevOps processes, and solution reliability and performance

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks

• Develop and integrate REST API and SOAP-based services

• Use AI-driven tools and approaches throughout the SDLC

• Lead corrective and improvement actions in a complex corporate environment

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial experience building web applications with Java and frontend technologies

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment in a similar role

• Very strong Java knowledge, including practical experience with Java 25

• Experience with Spring Boot

• Practical frontend knowledge: Angular and/or React (both is a plus)

• Experience designing and integrating REST API and SOAP services with external providers

• Knowledge of databases and SQL, including Microsoft SQL Server

• Experience with GitHub, source code management, and CI/CD and deployment automation

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure DevOps, Cosmos DB, and Application Insights

• Practical use of AI tools/approaches in SDLC

• Ability to independently diagnose and solve complex technical problems

• Experience working with multiple teams and managing technical dependencies

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive approach, independence, and continuous improvement mindset

• Very good English (spoken and written)

• Technical degree in IT/engineering/sciences or equivalent qualifications
