Description

Build and maintain scalable platform components including APIs and microservices for financial and payments services, with a strong focus on engineering quality, deployment automation, and compliance with architectural standards. Collaborate with architects, QA, business analysts, and Scrum teams to improve CI/CD processes and engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update APIs and micro- and nanouservices with technical documentation.
• Deliver high-quality code supporting key processes and user journeys.
• Adopt new technologies and promote good engineering practices.
• Validate user stories and technical designs prepared by business analysts and architects.
• Perform code reviews and ensure programming standards and architectural compliance.
• Identify and remove blockers affecting the development team.
• Coordinate with architects, management, Scrum Leads, and QA.
• Plan pipeline requirements and monitor quality gates.
• Prepare knowledge transfer documentation and deployment checklists.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of Bash/Shell and Groovy or Java.
• Very good knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub and building CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and Istio Service Mesh.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining distributed container platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders, with strong attention to delivery quality.
