Description

Own end-to-end integrations that connect the Apify platform to third-party products and AI agents users already use (such as Slack, HubSpot, Snowflake, n8n, Zapier, Make, and agent/app builder ecosystems). You’ll build OAuth flows, the backend services behind them, and the user-facing UI. Many integrations ship inside someone else’s product and go through third-party marketplace reviews.

Responsibilities

• Ship integration features in two-week sprints; use the Apify platform daily to improve the integrations backend
• Plan integrations with the product manager, partnerships manager, and product marketing manager, then stay through launch and release
• Build the next version of the Apify Slack app (sign-in, thread-based assistant replies, and permission before running Actors)
• Build and maintain agent/assistant plugins and connections, including MCP server-based integration pathways
• Extend partner apps (e.g., HubSpot, Snowflake, Pipedream) and take features through each marketplace’s review process
• Maintain and grow n8n, Zapier, and Make nodes/apps and support partner engineering teams
• Debug and resolve partner-side issues such as API changes or failed integrations reviews

Requirements

• 3+ years building production web applications with real ownership of backend and frontend
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js (or deep proficiency in another language with rapid ability to adopt TypeScript)
• React experience to build and maintain a product UI independently
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth flows
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools and willingness to keep up with their changes
• English communication skills sufficient to debug issues with partner engineering teams
