Description

Build end-to-end features across SaaS products and internal tools, combining modern frontend development with AI-driven workflows and automation. You’ll develop scalable backend services, design and integrate APIs (REST, WebSockets, and external services), and maintain async systems with queues and background jobs. The role emphasizes speed, ownership, and pragmatic AI adoption using tools like OpenAI SDK, Claude Code, and Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end features across SaaS and internal tooling in collaboration with senior engineers

• Build modern, high-performance frontends with Next.js and React

• Implement backend services with Node.js/NestJS

• Design and integrate REST/WebSocket APIs and external services

• Build and maintain automation workflows and background jobs

• Work with async systems, queues, and event-driven architectures

• Handle real-world integration constraints (rate limits, retries, auth flows)

• Apply AI tools to improve development speed, testing, and automation

• Rapidly build MVPs and proof-of-concepts and evolve prototypes into production systems

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of professional full-stack experience

• Strong frontend skills with React and Next.js

• Backend experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred)

• Experience integrating external APIs including auth, pagination, retries, and rate limits

• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Cursor)

• SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Experience with async processing, queues, and background jobs

• Understanding of reliable systems: error handling, retries, and observability

• Fluent English and Polish

• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
