Description

Solution Architect with at least 10 years of experience in designing and delivering custom Microsoft-based solutions and integrations, including large Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployments. The role combines solution architecture ownership, system analysis, development, and DevOps/ALM responsibilities, with additional work on AI enablement using Agentic AI and Microsoft Copilot Studio integrated with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify architectures for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Microsoft Azure solutions

• Lead Architecture Review and Design Review; define architectural and technical standards

• Design integration and data architecture, including responsibility split between platforms and systems

• Identify technology risks and technical debt; recommend improvement actions

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements

• Prepare system requirements, data models, process/data flows, and integration/API contracts

• Define requirements for performance, security, availability, and scalability

• Technically lead implementation and deliver key changes in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

• Develop solutions using C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Automate, and system integrations

• Conduct code review and ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability

• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues; mentor development teams

• Design and implement ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) model and DevOps processes, including CI/CD

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; manage Git repositories, branching strategy, and deployment processes

• Configure development, test, and production environments; automate build, test, and deployment

• Define standards for low-code and pro-code solutions, plugins, components, integrations, and APIs

• Create and implement Definition of Ready and Definition of Done; participate in technical acceptance

• Prepare and maintain architectural, technical, configuration, and deployment documentation

• Support performance testing; identify critical mechanisms and system bottlenecks

• Recommend architecture, data model, integration, and code changes based on test and performance results

• Collaborate on test automation and improving quality processes

• Run trainings and workshops for IT specialists and business users covering Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, integrations, development, and DevOps/ALM

• Build team competencies so they can independently develop and maintain solutions

• Identify business processes and use cases that can be automated with Agentic AI

• Design AI-based solutions architecture using Agentic AI and Microsoft Copilot Studio integrated with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse

• Plan rollouts and provide expert support during implementations leveraging AI
