Description

Lead the architecture, development, and validation of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. Perform architecture and design reviews, define technical standards, and ensure solution quality across security, performance, and scalability. Support DevOps/ALM with CI/CD, Git, and automated deployment pipelines, including planning and design for agentic AI integrations with Dynamics 365/Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify architecture for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure solutions
• Run architecture review and design review
• Design integration, data, and system components
• Define technical standards and responsibility boundaries across platforms and systems
• Identify architectural risks and technology debt
• Translate business requirements into system requirements and technical projects
• Design process/data flows, data model, and integration contracts and APIs
• Define non-functional requirements (performance, security, availability, scalability)
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design optimal solutions
• Participate in implementation of key components and changes in Dynamics 365/Power Platform
• Create and develop C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript components, Power Automate flows, and system integrations
• Conduct code review focused on security, performance, and maintainability
• Solve complex production technical issues
• Provide technical mentoring to development teams
• Design and implement target ALM model
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, branching, and versioning strategy
• Manage the lifecycle of Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions (solutions and environment configuration)
• Implement quality control mechanisms and deployment automation
• Design and optimize the delivery process enabling independent solution development and maintenance
• Define low-code and pro-code development standards for plugins, components, integrations, and APIs
• Set standards for Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), and technical acceptance criteria
• Ensure completeness of architecture, configuration, and deployment documentation
• Identify critical testing scenarios and performance test needs
• Analyze test results, find bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations
• Recommend architectural/data/integration/code changes to improve performance
• Contribute to test automation and solution quality assurance
• Prepare training materials and technical documentation; run technical trainings/workshops
• Share knowledge across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, integrations, development, and DevOps/ALM
• Identify business processes and use cases suitable for automation with AI agents
• Design agentic AI solution architecture integrated with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse; plan deployments and provide expert support
• Design/develop AI agents using data, business processes, connectors, and APIs; use AI to support and automate SDLC in Microsoft ecosystem
