Description

You will support engineering teams as a platform consultant and developer experience/adoption enablement partner. The work focuses on improving how teams use Cloud Foundry and GCP through reference paths, reusable templates/components, and self-service solutions, including AI integration enablement. You will also advise on monitoring, alerting, observability, CI/CD, and secure AI access via platform APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for teams using Cloud Foundry and Google Cloud Platform

• Advise on monitoring, alerting, and observability using Datadog

• Develop cloud-native practices and support secure AI integrations

• Design and maintain reference paths for common platform activities (deployments, CI/CD configuration, observability)

• Create templates, reusable components, and self-service centers to accelerate onboarding to Cloud Foundry and GCP

• Develop reference paths for AI integrations

• Maintain a production library of templates/components, including RAG solutions, agent skeletons, MCP servers, evaluation and security mechanisms

• Prepare patterns for orchestration, supervision, cost control, and monitoring of AI agents

• Support adoption via documentation, examples, workshops, and topic consultations

• Collect feedback from developer teams and evolve the platform components

• Collaborate with security and legal on data protection rules and safe model exposure through platform APIs

Requirements

• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform or Cloud Foundry

• Observability/monitoring/logging knowledge, in particular with Datadog

• CI/CD pipeline creation experience (e.g., GitLab CI)

• Knowledge of Platform Engineering or Developer Experience and developer productivity topics

• Ability to produce technical documentation, deliver consultations, and help teams grow technical competence

• Ability to build relationships across developer, platform, security, legal, and management stakeholders

• Ability to support solution adoption without formal decision-making authority

• Polish C1 and English C1
