Description

Developer Experience (DevEx) Engineer role focused on enabling engineering teams to use Cloud Foundry and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) more effectively. You will create reference paths, reusable templates/components, and self-service onboarding, while also developing capabilities for secure AI integrations via platform APIs. You’ll support adoption through documentation, examples, workshops, and ongoing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for teams using Cloud Foundry and GCP

• Advising on monitoring, alerting, and observability using Datadog

• Developing cloud-native practices and supporting secure AI integrations

• Designing and maintaining reference paths for typical platform activities (deployments, CI/CD configuration, observability)

• Preparing templates, components, and self-service hubs to speed up onboarding to Cloud Foundry and GCP

• Developing reference paths for AI integrations

• Maintaining a production library of templates/components (RAG solutions, agent skeletons, MCP servers, evaluation and security mechanisms)

• Creating orchestration, oversight, cost control, and monitoring patterns for AI agents

• Supporting adoption with documentation, examples, workshops, and thematic consultations

• Collecting feedback from developer teams and using it to evolve platform components

• Working with security and legal on data protection rules and safe AI model/API access

Requirements

• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform or Cloud Foundry

• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging—especially with Datadog

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI)

• Knowledge of Platform Engineering or Developer Experience and developer productivity topics

• Ability to create technical documentation, run consulting sessions, and support teams’ technical competence growth

• Ability to build relationships with developer, platform, security, legal, and management stakeholders

• Ability to drive solution adoption without formal decision authority

• Very good Polish (C1) and English (C1)
