Description

Build and maintain a local AI Platform environment, ensuring smooth integration between group central services and UNIQA Polska systems, infrastructure, and processes. Help enable AI agents, automation, and new services for employees and customers through this key technology initiative. Work across platform readiness, integration, DevOps/CI-CD, networking/security coordination, and operational monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup and maintenance of access to AI Platform and platform components (e.g., Azure, GitHub Enterprise, Artifactory)
• Manage technical readiness checklists for new AI Platform rollouts and use cases
• Collaborate on configuration of developer, test, and production environments
• Support technical users with Python setup (uv), Docker Compose, and WSL2
• Coordinate with Network/Security/Workplace teams on firewall, proxy, DNS, certificates, private endpoints, and AI Gateway communication
• Diagnose and resolve communication issues between dev workstations, containers, and platform services
• Coordinate and implement integrations with local systems and group services
• Build, develop, and maintain CI/CD processes aligned with AI Platform standards
• Automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and operational processes
• Implement standards for code quality, security, and compliance
• Support project teams during AI agent and production service rollouts
• Prepare technical monitoring and operational dashboards
• Create and maintain runbooks, operational procedures, and environment restore plans
• Analyze incidents, provide diagnostic support, and coordinate corrective actions
• Contribute to observability, logging, and performance monitoring

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering
• Proven ability to diagnose deployment, infrastructure, and networking problems
• Practical experience with Azure, Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and troubleshooting network connectivity
• Working knowledge of Terraform; Python or Bash scripting; secrets management; IAM; DNS; routing; TLS; private endpoints
• Ability to collaborate with network and platform administrators and produce runbooks and test evidence
• Experience integrating API-based solutions
• Ability to produce technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
