• Role: Lead Enablement Engineer (Enablement + AI engineering)

Description

Lead the delivery of AI agent and LLM-based solutions for internal use, while also running the enablement side—training engineers and supporting adoption of the tooling. You will build reusable materials, deliver sessions and walkthroughs, and act as the internal point of contact through working implementation. Both enablement and hands-on AI experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents and LLM-based solutions for internal use
• Run the technical enablement: sessions, walkthroughs, worked examples, and reusable material
• Serve as point of contact for internal teams adopting the solutions, from initial questions to implementation
• Work in GCP and GitHub as the standard development environment

Requirements

• Senior or Lead level engineer who can own delivery of a solution end to end without supervision
• Practical experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks, or orchestration beyond prototyping
• Comfort explaining technical work to engineers who have not used it before, in writing and live
• Working knowledge of GCP and GitHub-based development workflows
