Description

You will diagnose issues across bare-metal hardware, Linux, and networking environments, and analyze logs and OS-level metrics to identify root causes of AI cluster deployment failures. You will monitor and troubleshoot failures in automated CI/CD processes and coordinate a shift-based team while communicating with global technical leads. You will also work with hardware engineering teams to escalate and resolve hardware-related problems (e.g., BIOS, BMC, PCIe, and network switches).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across bare-metal hardware, Linux OS, and networking

• Analyze installation logs, OS-level metrics, and orchestration environments to find root causes of AI cluster deployment failures

• Coordinate escalation with hardware engineering teams for BIOS/BMC/PCIe/network switch issues

• Monitor and troubleshoot automated CI/CD process failures

• Coordinate a shift-based team and communicate with global technical leads

Requirements

• 5+ years of Linux administration and troubleshooting experience

• 5+ years of IP networking concepts knowledge (DNS, DHCP, routing, switching)

• Hardware/firmware troubleshooting experience (bare-metal servers, BIOS, BMC)

• Strong analytical skills for ticket handling and system/installation log analysis

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)

• Scripting skills in Bash and Python

• Experience with network-based server deployment (PXE/netboot)
